We are often asked how we develop insurance solutions for our clients. Through teamwork? With the help of scientific studies? Thanks to our decades of experience? Our answer surprises many people: by listening!

Our work always starts with a detailed conversation with our clients. And here we do one thing in particular: We listen very carefully. Because our clients naturally know their “own” company better than anyone else. That’s why we think that listening is the first step towards defining a perfect, customised insurance solution. Especially if this solution should be an integral part of a corporate risk management policy.

Naturally, we also take no risks in supporting our customers: For us, data protection, integrity and discretion are extremely important values. To the extent that we do not disclose the names of our reference clients. But we can “reveal” the following: Our clients come from the commercial, industrial, retail, construction and construction-related, service, IT & new media and real estate sectors and also include many freelance professionals. Classic family companies belong to our clientele just as much as international industrial concerns, one-person businesses just as much as corporations with 20,000 employees. A fifth of our clients turn over more than 100 million euros – and our largest client generates almost 2 billion.
